1. Descriptions & Prices

All details, descriptions and prices for the goods appearing on the Web site are correct at the time when the information was inputted. You should check any received goods on arrival to ensure that they are not faulty.

Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

We reserve the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Web site at our discretion.

We reserve the right to withdraw any items from the website at any time.

We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any items from the website or refusing to process an order. If we do not process an order, any payment made by you will be refunded.

 

2. Our Guarantee

Bo Baby offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If upon receiving your purchase, you are not completely satisfied with the product, email telling us why at info@bobaby-nurserydecoration.co.uk.

We will refund the purchase price of the item(s) provided that the following conditions are met: 1. The item(s) is damaged or faulty in some way. It can be opened but must be unused. Any wall decorations or murals must not have been applied to walls (Please check all goods on receipt to ensure you are completely satisfied with the quality and condition). 2. You inform us of the fault or damage as soon as you receive the item. 3. The item(s) must be returned to the address we give you within 14 days if sent from the UK and 28 days if sent from outside the UK.

This guarantee does not cover any delays in delivery (please see section 5 below). We will not cover any delivery costs incurred in returning unsatisfactory items, unless they are damaged, incomplete or do not match the description on this website.(See cancellation & returns below for more details). Please obtain proof of purchase as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that fail to reach us.

 

3. Ordering

When making an order through the web site the technical steps you need to take to complete the order process are described in the Order Process section.

After we receive your order, we will confirm by email the details, description and price (including delivery) for the item(s) you have chosen. If these differ from the details, description and/or price shown on the website, and you wish to cancel your order you may do so in accordance with our Cancellation & Returns Policy.

4. Payment & VAT

The price for the goods as set on the Web site includes VAT. We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.

The total cost of your order will be confirmed to you before you purchase any item(s).

Payment can be made by Paypal or most major credit/debit cards in accordance with the Payment Methods section.  It is not necessary to hold a Paypal account to pay via Paypal.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the refusal.

We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment.

5. Delivery / Shipping

Delivery is free of charge to any destination in the UK (that is: England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland). Any destination outside the UK is subject to a delivery charge which is clearly stated on the first page of the shopping cart, before the buyer commits to the purchase.

We are not obliged to provide any tracking details for items once they have been despatched.

Items are despatched within 3 days of you placing your order. We endevour to deliver any goods promptly, but accept no liability for delay in delivery for any reason.

 

6. Cancellation & Returns

After we receive your order, we will confirm by email the details, description and price (including delivery) for the item(s) you have chosen. If these differ from the details, description and/or price shown on the website, and you wish to cancel your order you may do so and we will issue a full refund.

 

If, upon receiving any item(s) purchased from Bo Baby Nursery Decoration, you discover it/them to be faulty, damaged or incomplete, contact us. We will give you instructions for returning the item(s). We will refund both the price of the item(s) and any postage/shipping costs you have incurred. Please see the guarantee section above for more details.

 

IMPORTANT: Before returning any item, contact us at info@bobaby-nurserydecoration.co.uk and we will give instructions on how to proceed.  Do not send items to our address in Poole. If you do send an item to our address in Poole, we will be in no way liable for any costs incurred in having the item(s) redirected or returned to any destination.
